Paul Morgan

Managing Director

Paul is a serial entrepreneur who as well as investing in business has increased the value of his holdings across three sectors, Financial Services, International Real Estate and Healthcare.

His career started in Financial services in the mid 1980’s building a successful IFA business and selling his shares to an International Financial services group.

In 2001, Paul was one of the founders and joint MD of the IIP Group, selling his stockholding to his business partner in 2009. The IIP Group became a truly international business which grew to encapsulate all areas of international real estate including brokerage, agency, development and construction. The retail business managed over 300-unit sales per annum with an annualised turnover of £40m.

In 2010 he became the Managing Director and majority shareholder in Next Generation Healthcare, selling to a large UK Health care provider in 2015 and was retained as Executive Head until 2017.

As owner and Managing Director of C21 UK International, Paul takes responsibility for all areas of its development with particular attention to strategic direction and HNWI relations.

His passion lies within property with a focus towards international real estate and has experience in connecting people with the right opportunities.
In addition, throughout this time Morgan Property Management has evolved, a family managed private portfolio including both residential and commercial properties.

Stuart Pooley

Stuart is a people person. Using his years of experience in international real estate, Stuart is at the sharp end of selling properties for his clients around the world. Stuart uses his wealth of knowledge to cherry pick the stock sold through C21 UK International that comes from his strong network of developers and agencies in every corner of the globe.

Stuart is a seasoned property trader, having brokered hundreds of millions of pounds worth of property over his career. He has been involved with standard sales, investment, buy-to-let, right through to development and off-plan sales both for himself and his clients.

Whilst he is a high-performance sales person, Stuart devotes a large portion of his energy towards developing other members of the sales team and teaching them how to grow strong, mutually beneficial relationships. He is a motivational sales director that stops at nothing to give his clients the extra-special spark they need to sell their properties.

The cornerstone of doing business internationally is communication. Century 21 UK International uses a broad range of marketing and technological tools to make cross-boarder business feel seamless. Marc has a hands-on approach and spends time at the front end of the business so to better understand the challenges buyers and sellers face when dealing internationally. He then works with multiple teams to make buying and selling property around the world quicker and easier.

One of the unique of advantages of working with C21 UK International is the comprehensive service. C21 UK International can create the marketing materials necessary to enable developers to sell off plan with the support of the Marketing team of which Marc is part. Marc’s project management skills ensure all properties listed with C21 UK International are properly packaged, promoted and ultimately; purchased.

Since 2016, Cindy has built a wide understanding of the international real estate business. Cindy’s specialty is in helping Chinese Clients to find the right properties in UK for investment, lifestyle, emigration and education purposes. Cindy then supports her clients by helping them manage the UK investment including find tenants, collecting rent, organising maintenance and even disposing of the property.

Cindy’s priority is always to help a client feel at home even in a different country despite a different language and culture. She works hard to make international clients feel supported and accompanied throughout the process of buying or selling a property. This includes financial and legal advice from the right people as well as a tailored-made after sales services.

Susana Zamora

Covering Spain and Portugal, Susana and her team represent C21 UK International from their office in Almeria. Susana is responsible for the onboarding of new properties (both resale and new build) in Iberia and uses her extensive network to find buyers for her clients.

Susana has a Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Advertising and a wide experience in the real estate business, specialised in helping U.K. Clients to find the right property in Spain and Portugal, whether it is for investment, relocation or as a holiday home.

Jamie Williams

Client Relations Manager

Jamie helps agents to maximise the value of their networks by helping them to sell properties overseas. He works closely with his network of agents to find properties abroad for his agents’ clients and to help his agents’ clients sell their homes around the world. Jamie’s role involves a high level of contact with a select group of real estate agents and brokers in many countries and he works hard to give them the tools and technology they need to thrive as international agencies.

Jamie has a background in real estate brokerage and property management which gives him the unique ability to understand all perspectives in the property purchase, sale and management cycle. He is adept at understanding and satisfying the needs of his network enabling them to buy and sell more properties, in more countries, more often.
